Email, the perfect tool for hackers

As web-masters for a growing number of companies in town, we are often asked about the validity (or dangers) of emails certain received. Especially the info@ and webmaster@ addresses are under attack from viruses and phishing, often twice or trice a week, so asking is is the right thing to do! What happens?

A legitimate looking email arrives from one of your contacts, a potential client, paypal, facebook, twitter or even from your own email server (see below). Using DVR to secure your shop or premises

You arrive at your office early in the morning, only to find out your premises were burgled over night. Or maybe you go to the back of your store to assist a client, only to find out some unknown person helps him or herself to your products in front. There are many different reasons to look into using camera surveillance to protect the inside and outside of your office but up until now these specialised technologies have been unaffordable for most.

Fortunately, as with many technologies, full time camera surveillance is now something available to anyone, anywhere, using no more then standard PC equipment and easilly available camera hardware. Instead of using an expensive ‘time-lapse’ videorecorder, we can now digitally record any video source, from a web-cam to an wireless outside camera, straight onto a standard hard-disk using a technology called ‘DVR’, or ‘Digital Video Recording’.
